Funding criteria
Local authorities, local authority associations, associations and other public and private legal entities and people who run companies are eligible to apply for funding.
The most important criteria for the approval of a funding application is the border crossing aspect, which should be visible in the joint development, joint execution, joint input of personnel and joint financing of the project, shared between project partners on both sides of the border.

It is also important that the project is lasting and not in contradiction with the EU-law and national laws.The project application can be submitted by the lead partner at the regional programme management in the Euregio where the lead partner is settled. The regional programme managers can provide more information on the funding criteria of the Operational Programme and additional criteria and can support the lead partner with the application and the search for suitable partners on the other side of the border (see contact).
